Therapy for Millennial Women Who Are Tired of Carrying Everything
You don’t need another system. You need space to slow down.
Most of the women I work with are doing everything they were taught to do. They’re capable. Responsible. High-functioning. The one others rely on.
And yet, inside they feel anxious, overwhelmed, resentful, or quietly disconnected from themselves.
As a licensed therapist and a mom, I understand this from both sides. Therapy isn’t about fixing you or teaching you how to cope better. It’s about understanding what your nervous system has been doing to survive, naming the patterns that keep you stuck, and creating space to come back to yourself—without guilt.
This work is slow, intentional, and deeply human. And it works.
Hi, I’m Morgan.
I’m a therapist—and a mom who gets it.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with millennial women who’ve spent most of their lives being the strong one. The good girl. The one who keeps everything running.
I also know what it’s like to carry the mental load of motherhood while trying to hold onto who you are underneath it all.
In our work together, I blend clinical training with real-world understanding. I don’t rush you. I don’t pathologize you. And I don’t hand you a list of things to “do better.” Instead, we slow down, get curious about what’s actually happening beneath the surface, and build something that feels more sustainable—emotionally and relationally.
You don’t need to be more disciplined. You need support that actually fits your life..
“When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.”
